Flight Attendant Initial Ground School consists of four consecutive weeks and may include weekend classes.
Classes are held at the Endeavor Air Training Center, located on the Delta Campus in Minneapolis, MN.
Ground School is followed by the Initial Operating Experience (IOE), which may occur immediately or within 15 days after graduation.

ENDEAVOR AIR AVIATION MAINTENANCE PATHWAY PROGRAM
The Aviation Maintenance Pathway (AMP) Program is designed to educate, engage, and mentor students who want to become AMTs with Endeavor Air. Through AMP, you'll have access to there team, who will check in on your progress, answer your questions, and help make sure you stay on track to achieving success.
AMP is open to students enrolled in an A&P program at one of our partner schools.
